Bringing fabric to life
History
Claire always had a passion for creating beautiful things with fabric. It could be a dress, a tote bag or even a teddy bear. Inspired by having a family heirloom chair restored, she took the plunge and began studying for a Diploma in Upholstery from the AMUSF (Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishings) at the prestigious British School of Upholstered Furniture (BSUF). Completing the course with Distinction, she opened Bellingham Bespoke to share her creations.
Although it's mostly furniture that she focuses on, she'd be delighted to make you a unique little bear, alter a piece of clothing or make you a summer dress of her own design. Just ask for details.

The Process
We start with a consultation to understand your needs and preferences. From there, you'll receive a detailed estimate for the work. Your furniture will then be restored to your specifications, using traditional techniques and the highest quality materials.
